KINGSHIFT is a two‑player strategy game built from just 16 cards.

Each turn, you reveal a card to the board while secretly placing another face‑down,

creating constant mind games, predictions, and bluffing.

The core mechanic is Shift—turning a card to change its allegiance.

When a card shifts, its ability triggers again, often causing another shift…

and another…

until a chain of betrayal flips the entire board.
